Companies, institutions and factories must have a lot of qualifications for surviving their life in business world. To determine these features, companies must have mission, vision anda values. So What is the importance for existence of vision, mission and values for companies ?

   I have briefly replied these questions; to determine fundamental objectives of company, orienting workers, competition superiority against other rivals, common values and belief unity, occuring common culture, so on and so forth. These mechanism created by way of vision, mission and values. Briefly, these components are very important with regards to creating mechanism control and surviving the company.

   Mission is presence reason of company and beginning point of making a strategy. Mission has identified business philosopy, producting what and how, differences from other producters. Mission has replied these questions;

- What are the differences from other rivals ?

- How must be ties ?

   First of all, beginning point of objectives and plans. Vision has replied where company wants to be in the future. Company has been unique position with vision.
